Getting started
We are Central Florida focused, with Lake County as home base. Most weeks we are working somewhere across Lake, Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Polk, Sumter and Marion counties. For larger projects, multi-site portfolios and long-run progression contracts, we cover the whole state. Just ask.
Usually within a few days, and we have turned around same-day requests more than once when a client was up against a deadline. Milestone work like a pour is worth booking as soon as you know the date, because those cannot be rescheduled after the fact.
No, and you do not want us to. Wind and rain are safety limits, and heavy overcast produces flat, gray imagery that will not do your project any favours. Central Florida weather moves quickly, so rescheduling usually means coming back the next morning at no extra charge.
Yes. Land and agriculture, inspections, thermal work, events and one-off productions all come through regularly. Construction is our specialty, not our limit. If you are not sure whether we cover it, call and ask.
Working on a live job site
A one-off captures the site as it is today. A progression shoot is the same site flown again and again from matched altitude, angle and framing, so the images line up into a single sequence across the whole build. The consistency is the value, and that is what makes a twelve-month project readable in thirty seconds.
We would rather schedule around milestones than a fixed calendar. Site prep, foundation, pour, vertical construction, dry-in and completion each mark a visible change worth recording. On longer commercial builds, monthly visits between milestones fill the gaps nicely.
No. We agree launch and recovery points with your site contact away from active work, plan flight paths around operating equipment, and most site shoots are wrapped in 30 to 45 minutes.
Yes, and some of our best construction work has come from exactly that. Night and twilight work is flown in accordance with Part 107 night operation rules.
Money and scheduling
We run three packages from $225 plus individual pricing for anything that does not fit them. See Pricing and Packages or call and we will usually quote on the spot.

Yes. Progression contracts, multi-site portfolios and repeat clients are quoted per visit at better rates than one-off shoots. Military and first responders also get a lifetime 10% discount through Wings of Honor.
We reschedule at no charge. You are never billed for a flight we did not fly.
The compliance side
Yes. Every flight is operated by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot. More detail on the Certifications page.
Yes to both. Tell us who needs a certificate of insurance and we will send it over. It is routine for us and will not hold up your schedule.
Central Florida has plenty of controlled airspace. We check airspace for every location and request authorization where required. Occasionally that caps the altitude we can use. We will tell you before the shoot, not after.
What lands in your inbox
Depending on the package: high-resolution stills, 4K aerial video, thermal imagery and organized progress reporting. Everything arrives sorted and ready to use, and if you want it edited we handle that on request at no extra charge.
One to two days is standard. If you are up against a listing deadline or an owner meeting, say so when you book and we will work to it.
Every package includes licensing for your own marketing, listings, reports and social media. You will not get charged again for using work you already paid us to shoot.
Usually yes, just ask when you book. Most clients prefer the finished set, but if your team has its own post-production workflow we can hand over the originals too.
