Thermal imaging reads surface temperature rather than light, which makes it useful for exactly the problems that stay invisible until they become expensive. Wet insulation holds heat after sunset. A failing connection runs hotter than the ones beside it. A person in heavy cover shows up when nothing else will.
We fly radiometric thermal for roofing contractors, facility managers, builders and public-safety teams. Thermal is flown on our DJI Matrice 4T, which carries a 640 x 512 radiometric sensor alongside a laser rangefinder. Because it is the same certified, insured operation, thermal can be added to any other shoot on the same visit rather than booked as a separate trip.

Thermal is priced separately from our photo and video packages, because the jobs look nothing alike. These are the standard rates.
All rates below are for locations within 20 miles. Further out is still no problem. Call and we will quote the travel up front rather than adding it afterwards.

About thermal drone services
Usually after sunset. Thermal works on temperature difference, and a roof that has absorbed heat all day gives the clearest contrast between wet and dry areas once the surrounding surfaces cool. We fly night work in accordance with Part 107 night operation rules.
No. It is a targeting tool. Thermal shows you where to look and how large an affected area is, which means the physical inspection is shorter, cheaper and far less likely to miss something.
Yes, and that is the cheapest way to get it. Adding a thermal pass to a visit we are already making costs a fraction of a standalone survey.
