Construction Documentation
The work we do most, and the work we know best. Job-site aerials planned around your milestones and back in your hands in one to two days.
Construction Documentation
Construction is our specialty. We came out of the industry, so we already know the difference between a photo that looks nice and a photo that settles a question, like where the laydown sat, what the grade looked like before backfill, whether the pour finished clean across the whole pad.
Every flight is planned around your schedule rather than ours. We coordinate access with your superintendent, stay clear of active work, and shoot so one set of images does three jobs at once: the owner update, the lender draw package, and the marketing folder.

About construction documentation
No. We agree launch and recovery points with your site contact away from active work, plan flight paths around operating equipment, and most site shoots are wrapped inside 30 to 45 minutes. If a specific shot needs a brief pause, we arrange it with your super in advance.
As soon as you have a date. Pours are the one thing that genuinely cannot be reshot, so we prioritize them, and we have turned around same-day requests when a schedule moved. Early-morning and after-dark pours are both fine.
Yes, and it is most of what we do. We arrive with certification and insurance documentation ready, sign in like any other trade, and follow your site rules on PPE and access.
