Events
An event photographed from the ground shows faces. An event photographed from the air shows turnout: the full field, the crowd, the site and the setting in a single frame that a ground camera physically cannot produce.
We cover groundbreakings and ribbon cuttings for construction and commercial clients, plus tournaments, festivals and community events. We do not shoot weddings. Events are unforgiving on timing, so we plan the shot list in advance, arrive early, and coordinate with whoever is running the schedule.

About events
We plan around it. Part 107 places real limits on flight over non-participating people, so we position launch points, altitudes and flight paths to get the shot without operating directly over attendees. In practice this rarely costs you the image. It just takes planning, which is why we want the details in advance.
As early as you can. Events cannot be rescheduled the way a listing shoot can, and if the venue sits in controlled airspace we may need to request authorization ahead of the date.
Often yes, if you tell us up front. Standard turnaround is one to two days, but for events with a press or social deadline we can prioritize a first cut.
