Google Business Profile
The first thing a local searcher sees. An aerial shows your entire property at once, and most competitors do not have one.
Aerial photos and video for self storage, RV and boat facilities across Central Florida. Shot by someone who runs a family storage facility of his own.
My name is Stephen. When I am not flying, I help manage AAA American Storage, our family facility on Villa City Road in Groveland. Walk-ins who want to see a 10x20 before they sign. Calls asking whether a 38 foot fifth wheel clears the gate. Listings sitting in a grid next to every competitor within ten miles.
Most pilots shoot a storage facility like a warehouse. One high pass, a few wides, done. They capture the building and miss the sale. A prospect never asks what the roof looks like. They ask whether their boat fits, whether the aisle is wide enough to back a trailer into, and whether the gate looks secure. Those are the shots I plan the flight around.
You will not have to explain your business to me. I already know what a bad unit mix photo costs you, and why the aerial on your listing matters more than the one on your brochure.

Every flight is planned around the questions a prospect asks before they rent.
Flown high and square to the property so the whole site reads at a glance. This is your website and Google listing hero.
Angled passes down each building showing roll-up doors, drive-up access and how the rows are organized.
Covered canopies, open parking, aisle widths and turning room. The details that decide a $200 a month rental.
Keypad entry, fencing, lighting and camera placement, shot to look as secure as it actually is.
A 30 second to 5 minute edit for your homepage, Google Business Profile and paid social, cut from the same flight.

On SpareFoot, Storable and StorageCafe your thumbnail competes in a grid against every facility in town.
Hero image, unit-type pages, a site map that actually reads, plus banners, flyers and the plan behind the counter.
Appraisals, refinancing, offering memorandums and dated condition records for roofs, pavement and fencing.
No retainers and no licensing games. You own the images for your own marketing.
Refresh a Google listing and put a real hero image on your website.
Full coverage for a website refresh plus every listing site you are on.
Complete documentation. Every building, the gate and the RV rows.
Progression shoots start at $1,000 for three scheduled visits, an animated logo treatment and a promo video. Longer builds are quoted per project and the per-visit rate drops.
Packages run $225, $375 and $550 per facility, covering up to 10, 20 or 30 finished photos with a 30 second, 2 minute or 5 minute video. Most single facility owners choose the $375 package because it covers a website refresh and the listing sites at the same time.
We fly under FAA Part 107 rules and carry full insurance. Where a facility sits inside controlled airspace we file for LAANC authorization before the shoot, usually approved within minutes. You do not have to handle any of that. We just need your permission as the owner or operator to fly the site.
A typical single facility shoot takes 45 to 90 minutes on site. We fly around tenant activity rather than through it, we do not need the gate closed, and we do not need the office to stop renting.
Yes, and it is some of our favorite work. Covered canopies, open parking rows, aisle widths and turning clearance all photograph well from the air and are nearly impossible to show convincingly from the ground.
Lake County is home base, and travel is free throughout our core Central Florida service area, covering Lake, Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Polk, Sumter and Marion counties. For multi-facility portfolios we travel anywhere in Florida, quoted up front.
Yes. Every package includes full usage rights for your own marketing. Website, Google Business Profile, listing aggregators, printed flyers, banners and social media. No per-use fees and no expiry.
Send the address and what you are trying to fix, whether that is a tired Google listing, an RV row nobody knows you have, or a lease-up that needs to move faster. I will tell you what I would shoot and what it costs.
